Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


Teckro is seeking a part-time Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cork, IE. As an Associate Level Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries or issues professionally and effectively - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding matters - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality customer service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance targets for call resolution and customer satisfaction


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong presentation and analysis skills - Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
