Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Apple Ireland. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This position is part-time with an Associate Level seniority and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues or concerns - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism - Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Adaptability and planning soft skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
