Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Hilton is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to work from home in Galway, Connacht, IE. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 3 years of experience. We are looking for energetic and passionate individuals who possess strong strategic planning and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide exceptional customer service to all callers - Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately - Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers - Maintain a high level of knowledge about Hilton products and services - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent
