Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

HubSpot Dublin is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat - Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve issues and answer questions - Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Resilient and passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment - Strong leadership skills and ability to analyze and problem-solve customer issues - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - Must have access to a quiet, dedicated workspace at home with high-speed internet connection
