Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Beatvyne is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 4. Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for all customers. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 6. Identify opportunities for product upselling and cross-selling. 7. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and confident personality traits. 2. Strong presentation and critical thinking skills. 3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
