Analog Devices Ireland is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer care or related role.
As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing customer inquiries and issues, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will also work closely with our sales and marketing teams to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Managing and resolving customer complaints and issues - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and provide solutions - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer care processes and implementing solutions - Assisting with customer retention efforts and promoting brand loyalty
Requirements: - Resourceful and driven individual with excellent communication skills - Strong project management and strategic planning skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment - Prior experience in customer care or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
