Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Wolfgang Digital is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to work from home in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for a resourceful and independent individual who possesses strong research and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and providing assistance through various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting innovative solutions - Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce is a plus
