Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Google Ireland is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to work from home in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns. 4. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience. 5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs. 6. Use CRM software to document customer interactions and track progress. 7. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 8. Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Confident and adaptable personality traits. 2. Strong planning and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication and active listening skills. 4. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred. 7. Previous experience in a customer service role preferred. 8. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
