Job Description:
Google Ireland is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in Dublin, IE. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing personalized and efficient support - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our database - Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude - Ability to work independently and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations - Creativity and negotiation skills to effectively address customer concerns - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred
