Remote Customer Care Associate

Teckro is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in Cork, Ireland. This is a part-time entry-level position perfect for those looking to gain experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with our platform - Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system - Work closely with our product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve customer issues - Assist with training new customers on how to use our platform - Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management

Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality - Strong adaptability and people management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Basic knowledge of CRM systems preferred
