Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

LogoGrab is seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Care Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer care or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Conduct analysis on customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement - Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and exceed expectations

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer care or a related field - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Adaptable to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
