Job Description:

Pfizer Ireland is seeking a motivated Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in Cork. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of relevant experience and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries. 4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Pfizer's products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 5. Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation. 6.
