Job Description:
Intel Ireland is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our dynamic team in Dublin. As a part-time associate at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer care or service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate and efficient resolutions to customer issues and complaints. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
