Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Apple Ireland is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position located in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and possess a resilient and hardworking personality.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with technical questions and troubleshooting - Utilize customer relationship management software to track interactions and follow-up with customers as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Adaptability to changing job responsibilities and customer needs - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
