Job Description:
Slack Technologies Limited is seeking a hardworking and resourceful Customer Care Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position located in Galway, Connacht, IE. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in customer care, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively troubleshoot customer problems. 3. Document customer interactions and follow-up on any outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues. 5. Utilize critical thinking skills to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience. 6. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to accurately record customer information and track progress on customer issues. 7. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 5. Attention to detail and a focus on providing quality customer service. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 7. High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
