As a Customer Care Associate at Smurfit Kappa Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home in Dublin, Dublin, Ireland. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are driven and adaptable to different situations.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence to ensure positive interactions with customers - Utilize negotiation skills to find mutually beneficial solutions for customers and the company - Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed customer care metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and adaptable to changing customer needs - Emotional intelligence to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism - Negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach mutually beneficial outcomes
