Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Teamwork is currently seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is a work-from-home opportunity based in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As an entry-level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on providing exceptional service - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer interactions - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and areas for improvement

Requirements: - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong negotiation and innovation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
