Job Description:
Slack Technologies Limited is looking for a part-time Customer Care Associate to work from home in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. We are seeking individuals who are reliable and confident, with strong emotional intelligence and excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other teams to improve overall customer satisfaction and experience. 6. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. Reliable and confident attitude with a high level of emotional intelligence. 7. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
