Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and confident Customer Care Manager to join our team at Penneys in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As a Mid-to-Senior Level member of our team, the Customer Care Manager will be responsible for managing the customer service department and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve service quality - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in customer care processes - Train and onboard new customer service representatives - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care
Requirements: - At least 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong leadership and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in customer service software and systems - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
