Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Intercom is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, finding effective solutions that meet customer needs - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer care team - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the effectiveness of customer care initiatives - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service to continually improve our processes


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Adaptable and energetic personality - Creativity and critical thinking skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities
