Job Description:
Ryanair, Europe's largest low-cost airline, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Care Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer care for our passengers, ensuring their needs are met and problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and communicate updates to passengers - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in customer service processes - Oversee the development and implementation of training programs for customer care staff - Represent the company in customer care matters with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to customer care
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent project management and negotiation skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
