Job Description:
3D4Medical is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Dublin. The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the customer service team to deliver high-quality service to customers. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Train and mentor team members to help them reach their full potential. 7. Create reports and provide insights to senior management to drive decision-making. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in a customer service or customer care role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong leadership and management abilities. 4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 5. Hardworking and resilient attitude. 6. Teamwork and time management skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
