Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

SAP Ireland is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Care Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Cork, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer care operations and ensuring a high level of service delivery to our clients. The Customer Care Manager will play a key role in building strong relationships with customers and providing support to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer care operations and ensure excellent service delivery - Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely and effective support - Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed to ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive business growth - Monitor key performance indicators and report on customer care metrics to management

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer care or a related field - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and resilient with a positive attitude - Cooperates well with others and fosters a spirit of teamwork
