Remote Customer Care Officer

Restored Hearing is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to the team for continuous improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Assist in creating and implementing customer care strategies and procedures

Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Critical thinking skills to analyze and solve customer problems effectively - Experience in project management is a plus - Resilient attitude to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
