Job Description:
SAP Ireland is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Limerick, Munster. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage customer accounts, including processing orders, returns, and refunds. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively address customer queries.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries. 6.
