Remote Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Love & Robots is seeking a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated, possess strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Availability to work remotely part-time
