Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Wix.com is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Officer to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with a driven and resilient personality. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or technical issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers - Escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary - Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Providing feedback to management on ways to improve customer care processes

Requirements: - No prior experience required, training will be provided - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve independently - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Must be proficient in using technology and learning new software quickly
