Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Popertee is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Care Officer to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Assist with customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement - Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist with customer needs - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Strong project management skills - Excellent decision-making abilities - Must be dedicated and adaptable to changing priorities - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
