Restored Hearing, a leading provider of innovative hearing solutions, is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of four years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Actively listening to customer concerns and offering appropriate solutions - Maintaining accurate customer records and updating databases - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others - Strong decision-making abilities and project management skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications - Prior experience in a remote customer service role is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
