Job Description: Manna Aero is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Dublin, IE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a resilient and resourceful individual with excellent time management and analysis skills to provide top-notch customer support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
