Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Customer Care Representative to join our team at Indeed Ireland Operations Limited in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are seeking individuals who possess strong persuasion and project management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, resolve customer complaints, and process orders. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
