Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Swrve is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Cork, IE. As an Associate Level Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Assist in creating and maintaining customer support documentation - Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed customer service performance metrics

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and customer-focused attitude - Experience in strategic planning and creative problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment - Experience working with CRM software is a plus
