Job Description:
Over-C is seeking a dedicated part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level employee with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, the ideal candidate will be driven, hardworking, possess exceptional critical thinking skills, and exhibit a high level of emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively. 3. Assist customers with product information, orders, and account management. 4. Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure a positive customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. 8. Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers. 9. Meet and exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction and resolution.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. 4. Ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification a plus.
