Customer Care Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Glofox, a leading fitness management software company, is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Entry Level Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with software-related questions and technical issues. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems effectively. 4. Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records. 5. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns. 6. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide seamless customer support. 7. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Resourceful and hardworking with a positive attitude. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with customers. 4. Comfortable with remote work and proficient in using online communication tools. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
