LetsGetChecked is currently looking for a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong decision-making skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment - Must have a dedicated home office with a reliable internet connection
