We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our team at LinkedIn Ireland. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction - Upselling products and services to increase revenue - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience
