Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at Groupon International Limited, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include resolving customer queries and issues, processing orders, and providing product information. This role will require you to work remotely from Waterford, Munster, IE on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding products, promotions, and orders - Process customer orders, payments, and returns efficiently - Resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency - Utilize persuasive and presentation skills to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Communicate effectively with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Reliable and resourceful personality traits - Strong persuasion and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
