Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Boston Scientific Ireland is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Dublin. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role. The successful candidate will have a high level of energy and resilience, along with exceptional cooperation and communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the team - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and support business objectives


Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong cooperation and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree preferred
