Customer Care Specialist

Love & Robots, a innovative design company based in Limerick, Munster, IE, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an entry-level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up on all interactions - Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of orders - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall growth of the customer care department

Requirements: - Adaptable and resilient personality traits to handle a variety of customer situations - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required
