Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Accenture Ireland is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services. 3. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges. 4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 7. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance customer care skills. 8. Contribute to the achievement of team and company goals.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and independent individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong emotional intelligence to effectively manage customer interactions. 3. Demonstrated project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 6. Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
