Job Description:
Twitter Dublin is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are resourceful, reliable, and possess strong cooperation and leadership skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience. 3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals and targets. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Recommend solutions and improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and social media platforms. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must be resourceful, reliable, and possess cooperation and leadership skills.
