Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

SilverCloud Health is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be driven, hardworking, possess strong research and planning skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in developing and implementing customer care policies and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Provide feedback to the team to continuously improve our customer care processes

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with composure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
