Job Description:
Boston Scientific Ireland is seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Galway, Connacht. As a part-time Associate Level employee, the Remote Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients in a remote setting. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and orders. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 4. Maintain customer records and documentation in accordance with company guidelines. 5. Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 8. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and passionate attitude towards customer service. 2. Excellent decision-making skills and ability to persuade customers effectively. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 7. Previous experience in medical device or healthcare industry is a plus.
