Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Manna Aero is seeking a hardworking and passionate Customer Care Specialist to join our team and work from home in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies. 7. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 5. Creativity and adaptability to handle a variety of customer situations. 6. Prior experience in a customer service role preferred.
