Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Zendesk International Ltd is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, account management, and order processing - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team goals - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Adaptable and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Strong planning and organizational skills - Persuasion skills to effectively resolve customer issues and retain business - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
