Customer Service Assistant

Job Description: WebDoctor is seeking a confident and independent Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain customer records and update databases as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
