Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Amazon Ireland in Dublin. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members - Assisting in the processing of orders and returns - Maintaining accurate customer records and information in the database - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer satisfaction - Providing support to the Customer Service Manager as needed

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Strong people management skills and emotional intelligence - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
