Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join Pfizer Ireland in Galway, Connacht on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. 2. Processing orders and managing customer accounts. 3. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Providing product information and recommendations to customers. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and project management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Prior experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting is a plus.
