Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Opening.io is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Dublin on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level member of our team, the Customer Service Assistant will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order inquiries - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience - Driven and dedicated individual with a passion for providing excellent service - Strong research skills to effectively address customer inquiries - Experience with project management to effectively prioritize tasks - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
