Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at VMware Ireland. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, adaptable, and possess strong decision-making and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate customer records and update databases - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize company transportation to attend training and meetings as needed - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets

Requirements: - 3+ years of customer service experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
